Having toured internationally as a dancer, Maria knows how good it feels to move and brings that passion to each and every class. Inspired by travel, different cultures and people who aren’t afraid to be their own unique self, Maria loves bringing people together in the studio no matter their experience.

Not only is Nanci a cycle instructor, she’s also a proud mumma of 3 AND runs her own business – how’s that for a superwoman! Having taught in the industry for nearly 20 years, Nanci knows how to motivate and support every person no matter where they’re at on their fitness journey. Don’t be fooled though, this island girl also knows how to kick your butt in class!

A strategy consultant for Deloitte by day and an incredible Barre instructor all the other hours in between, Millie is always inspiring us to challenge what’s possible and be better than we ever imagined! Having single handedly couch surfed her way around North America back in 2015, this independent woman is a natural born leader and one you definitely want pushing you through that Barre burn!
Millie’s classes are designed to leave you feeling ‘happily exhausted’, filled with challenging exercises and a good measure of humour, her goal is to make everyone reach that Savasana together at the end relieved but with a big smile on their face!

Amy is an absolute go getter who firmly believes in getting out there and creating the life you want. Amy first left home to study Performing Arts in NYC, from there she represented NZ in the World Championships of performing arts, winning Gold in the ‘acting for film’ category. Whilst living in Canada, she found her love for teaching Barre and luckily for us, she chose to come back to NZ to share her passion here.
Amy classes are tough and sweaty but her energy and fun playlists will always carry you through. As a believer that health is wealth, she’ll always be encouraging you to be at your very best. Like her music, 99% of the time Amy plays it cool in class…except for the time Amanda Seigfried attended her class in Vancouver and she asked her to lift her leg ‘small-ey’! Star struck much?

Hailing from Canada, Caitlin has fully embraced the kiwi way of life spending as much time out and about on her road bike as she does in the studio. Caitlin believes the best way to train is to set specific goals and therefore will always champion you to yours. Having already cycled 122km from Vancouver to Whistler she now has her sights set on an adventure way down under!
Caitlin’s classes are fun, challenging and she particularly loves a good climb track so get ready to power up those legs in class. She’s a strong believer in surrounding yourself with positive, passionate and driven people so expect her to lead from the front as she makes your class feel like a professional peloton chasing down the finish line.

“The more you sweat in training, the less you bleed in battle”, this is the quote our boxing coach Dylan trains by and he should know! He’s traveled the world fighting professionally, claimed the NZ Golden Glove Title 5 times and now remains active in the industry as a professional boxing referee.
Our southpaw boxer describes his classes as hard, fast and heavy and is passionate about helping people reach their goals, growing with each and every punch. Despite the fact that he can hit the bag harder than anyone we know, he still considers his 2 children his biggest accomplishment proving you can be a lover AND a fighter.

Having competed in multiple ultra marathons, duathlons and strongman events, Josh understands the importance of being both physically and mentally strong and pushing your limits. Not only has Josh worked as a trainer internationally, even working with the British Track Cycling Team, he has also been involved in the growth of one of the UK’s biggest gym chains, opening and managing multiple sites nationwide.

For the last 5yrs, Laura has been teaching in some of London’s most successful boutique studios. She has become a master trainer, designed and developed new fitness concepts in the UK and even represented Team GB in Triathlon and therefore understands what it means to set a goal and work towards it.
