Not only is Nanci a cycle instructor, she’s also a proud mumma of 3 AND runs her own business – how’s that for a superwoman! Having taught in the industry for nearly 20 years, Nanci knows how to motivate and support every person no matter where they’re at on their fitness journey. Don’t be fooled though, this island girl also knows how to kick your butt in class!
Nanci’s classes are energising and full of passion and positivity. This combined with her up-beat music will have you turning up your resistance the whole class so you feel a real sense of achievement by the end.

Greg Kelland
When Greg’s not teaching at the studio, he’s usually training, reading about fitness or listening to podcasts….. about fitness. Greg’s knowledge and passion for understanding the mind and body clearly translates into his classes so you’ll be getting stronger physically and mentally in no time!
Greg’s class are loud and energetic with a strong focus on functional movement. Not only is he a fantastic coach when it comes to technique and form, he’s also a great motivator and loves nothing more than seeing people change their lives through fitness. Expect that voice in your head to be Greg’s, telling you ‘Yes you can!’

Angus Campbell
A 20 year veteran of the fitness Industry and co-founder of District Fitness Studios, Angus has a huge passion for fitness and thrives on seeing others achieving their health and fitness goals - it is what drives him to be a part of this amazing industry!
Having competed to an International level in sport, Angus brings his experiences from training, competing and running a business to the HIIT studio where you will sweat, laugh and achieve results.

Millie Turner
A strategy consultant for Deloitte by day and an incredible Barre instructor all the other hours in between, Millie is always inspiring us to challenge what’s possible and be better than we ever imagined! Having single handedly couch surfed her way around North America back in 2015, this independent woman is a natural born leader and one you definitely want pushing you through that Barre burn!
Millie’s classes are designed to leave you feeling ‘happily exhausted’, filled with challenging exercises and a good measure of humour, her goal is to make everyone reach that Savasana together at the end relieved but with a big smile on their face!

Pamela
Having danced all over the world, Pamela is an advocate for moving your body every day. She believes that sweat is magic and you will undoubtedly feel captivated by her classes as she invites you to slow down and reconnect with your body and mind on the mat.
Inspired by others and their stories, Pamela’s classes encourage you to experience the new, challenge yourself and find out a little more about yourself. Her message is simple, the world needs fiercely loving and it starts with us. We haven't got time for negative self-talk.
