Originally from the UK, Katie has 14 years experience within the entertainment industry spanning across 3 continents! With a myriad of professional Dance and Acting endeavours under her belt, such as working on X-Factor, Chicago stage show and as a Breakers and Warriors cheerleader, Katie tops it all off with more than 6 years working as a Pilates Instructor and International Barre Teacher Trainer. Phew! District is delighted in having Katie manage the Mindbody studio and in having her expertise onboard!
Her passion for people and knowledge of the body radiates in every class she teaches. Katie loves using breath, muscle control, and mind-muscle connection to ensure that you receive the best experience in each and every class. Amriesh has been involved in the fitness industry for 10 years in a journey that has seen him coach both in NZ and the UK. Amriesh has a background in CrossFit and Functional Training and he is excited about joining the District Team!
The best part of his job? Helping people become better, faster and stronger versions of themselves every single day.

Born in New Zealand, Amanda is a Yoga Instructor with a passion for life and living each moment in a mindful, aware state.
She constantly seeks to encompass this way of living, on and off her yoga mat. She is a firm believer that your Yoga will influence your time outside of your practice and inspire how you approach your everyday life.

Nicky's two favourite things in the world are sunshine & nut butters... and teaching super awesome CYCLE classes that are guaranteed to leave you feeling the burn for hours to come! Nicky has been fuelled by fitness ever since she was young.
With a Certificate in Advanced Personal training, Nicky has a keen interest in nutrition and fitness and the role it can play towards mental health and well-being. Over the last few years she has developed a strong passion for group fitness, specifically indoor cycling. You can expect your whole body to be moved, motivated and challenged with Nicky's great beats and infectious positivity. She is driven by an environment that encourages positive change and connecting with others, which is exactly what you will find inside District's CYCLE studio!

Nanci has been involved in the Group Fitness industry as an instructor, manager and co-ordinator for some of NZ’s biggest gym brands and training programmes since 2000. In recent years this experience has been further enhanced as a group outdoor personal trainer.
Don’t be fooled by this mother of three, as she is not one to pussy foot around, she is one tough kick-ass trainer renowned for her intense and inspirational workouts, delivered with a fun and funky flavour, complementing her Pasifika heritage.

Kirsten brings her expertise as a professional Dancer to the table as one of the District instructors! After graduating with a Diploma in Performing Arts, she progressed to performing regularly as a Sky City Breakers and Vodafone Warriors dancer. She also dances frequently in national corporate events and can be seen shaking a tail feather on TV shows including The X Factor NZ. She also landed a featured role in NZ’s first Hip Hop dance film 'Born To Dance'. These being only a few of Kirsten’s notable accomplishments, her physical and mental training across many years have contributed to her success and is applied to her everyday lifestyle. Kirsten now incorporates Barre as part of her exercise regime, helping her to better understand the correct use of her muscles. Kirsten is excited to share a dancer-athlete mindset to the District team, offering a new flavour to your classes!
