Provided by vital body scan this breaks down the fundamentals throughout your body and gives you a measure as to how much you've changed in 6 weeks. Body scanning includes:
Muscle mass in KG
Body Fat in KG and as a percentage
Basal Metabolic rate
Weight management guidance
Nutritional Evaluation & much more

Weekly meal plans with shopping list included - we promise the meals are easy and nutritious.
